Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase from GLIDEON™. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return window

  • 14-day money-back guarantee from the delivery date for online orders.
  • UK/EU consumers also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel for online purchases. This policy does not affect your legal rights.

Eligibility

  • Item must be in like-new condition, unused, and returned with all accessories, manuals and original packaging.
  • If the product shows signs of use, missing parts, or damage not due to transit, we may issue a partial refund.
  • Non-returnable: gift cards, downloadable/digital items, and items marked “final sale”.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund and cover return shipping where applicable.

How to start a return

  1. Email with your order number, reason for return, and (if relevant) photos/videos.
  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and an RMA number. Please do not send items back without an RMA.
  3. Pack the item securely in the original packaging and include all accessories and the RMA note.

Return shipping costs

  • Change-of-mind returns: Customer pays return shipping.
  • Damaged/defective or wrong item: GLIDEON™ covers reasonable return shipping (we may provide a prepaid label for UK returns).
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you about the approval or any partial deduction (e.g., missing parts).
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after processing. Your bank/card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
  • If you haven’t received your refund after our confirmation, please check with your bank/card provider first, then contact us.

Exchanges

Need a different item or replacement? Start a return via email and request an exchange in your message. We’ll confirm stock and next steps.

Bundles, kits & free gifts

  • For bundled sets, all items (including free gifts) must be returned to receive a full refund.
  • If a free gift isn’t returned, we may deduct its retail value from the refund.

International returns

  • Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping and any customs duties/taxes. These charges are non-refundable.
  • Please mark the parcel as “Returned goods – no commercial value” to avoid additional import fees.

Warranty & repairs

If your product develops a fault after the return window, contact us—many issues can be resolved with troubleshooting, spare parts, or a warranty claim where applicable.
