Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- During peak periods or sales, processing may extend by 1–2 days.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracked services. Tracking links will be emailed automatically. If you haven’t received one, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us with your order number.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
For orders shipped outside the UK, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may be charged by your local customs authority. These costs are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot mark orders as “gift” or lower the value on customs forms.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues
- Wrong address? Reach out ASAP—if your parcel hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it. After dispatch, changes are not guaranteed.
- Missed delivery or returned to sender: We can re-ship once it’s back with us (re-shipping fees may apply for international orders).
- PO Boxes: Some carriers don’t deliver to PO Boxes internationally. Please provide a full street address if possible.
